This clinic provides low-cost dog and cat spay and neuter surgeries for low-income individuals, animal shelters, and those caring for feral cats.

Services Offered
All healthy cats and dogs over the age 8 weeks and weighing at least 2 pounds are eligible for surgery. Animals 4 months of age and older that do not have a current rabies vaccination are required by law to receive one. This and other vaccinations (distemper, parvo, feline leukemia, and kennel cough) are offered only at the time of surgery. The clinic does not provide full-service or follow-up veterinary care.

Take exit 247-B to Harrisonburg - this is Route 33/West Market Street.
At the 3rd traffic light, turn right onto Vine St. by the Sheetz gas station.
Continue straight, through one light. Turn left by the blue water tower onto Washington St. Go down the hill past the park. At the light, continue straight, staying on Washington St. Go over the railroad tracks and up the hill. At the light, at the top of the hill, turn right onto Liberty St. Go over the railroad tracks and the clinic will be on your right at 910 North Liberty St.
It is a one story, off-white colored building.

From the North on I-81 South
